Terry joined the NWIM team in 2011 as an apprentice in the UA Local 290 HVAC/R Apprenticeship Program and has worked is way into NWIM's Service Manager.  He is very versatile and works as a serviceman, on large construction projects, and in our UL 508 Panel Shop building panels and learning new panel systems.   Terry strives to provide high quality service and makes sure each individual customer is taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.
